Who is Save and what are its activities in France?

Acronym of Energy Supply and Sales Company, Save its position as a electricity and natural gas supplier with professional and domestic customers in France since 2011.

Save is a subsidiary of the IDEX group (created in 1963) specialized in energy services (heating and air conditioning installations, energy efficiency, construction and EEC). Today, the group is a major and essential player in the exploitation of renewables. Idex being the first independent French ETI in energy services.

Save offers companies, local authorities and condominiums offers to supply natural gas, electricity and support in energy-saving projects.

This support is based on energy audits and the financing of works through the system of CEE (Energy Saving Certificates) as well as energy performance contracts.

Save and biomethane, an alternative to fossil fuels

The biomethane Is a gas derived from fermentation of organic materials (agricultural waste, green waste, agri-food industry waste, sewage sludge). It is a combustible gas composed essentially of methane and carbon dioxide. We then talk about methanization, also called biomethanization and anaerobic digestion.

Save offers its partners producing biogas (or biomethane) the possibility of buying biomethane through support throughout the duration of the contract, but also of promoting Guarantees of origin (traceability of GOs).

• Gas offers in indexed prices : on the index PEG Month or Day Ahead, or by fixing clicks
• Gas offers tailored : GPA (Gas Purchase Agreement), cogeneration or double indexing...

Offer to supply electricity to professionals

As for gas, Save offers various electricity offers for professionals:

• Electricity offers at fixed prices : price guaranteed from 1 to 3 years
• Electricity offers at indexed prices : with ARENH option, or 100% market, or ARENH SWAP
• Electricity offers tailored : PPA (Power Purchase Agreement), block+spot, etc.
• Green electricity supply: accompanied by a Guarantee of Origin attesting to the green origin of the electricity produced

Services are offered to support customers on energy and self-consumption projects as well as to alert on Subscribed power surges.
