In addition, Wekiwi includes in its offers the option”Adopt a tree” in order to contribute to the reforestation of forests. Finally, the option”Social Plastic” allows the customer to contribute to the depollution of beaches and to the employment of disadvantaged people.

Note that these two options are additional at a cost of €2.90/month.

Focus on the concept: one package, two discounts

So umpteenth alternative player on the market? Wekiwi has arguments to differentiate itself.

The company's innovative concept is simple: one package, two discounts.

• One lump : the customer chooses the amount that suits him as well as his withdrawal frequency. The proposed frequencies are:

1. Monthly (€12/year + €0.002/kWh)
2. Bi-monthly (6€/year)
3. Quarterly (€3/year)
4. Quarterly (free)

• Two discounts : if the customer helps Wekiwi to save on energy costs, Wekiwi provides the customer with package discounts. If the customer consumes less than what is included in his package, he will be reimbursed for the difference. A second digital discount is awarded if the customer contacts the company directly on digital channels.
  Conversely, if consumption exceeds that included in the package, overconsumption will be invoiced at a non-discounted price (package discount). It is by this means that Wekiwi further encourages the consumer to save energy.
  

The package as well as the online contacts save Wekiwi on management costs. The company therefore plays on transparency and win/win to give its customers discounts.

Offer to supply electricity and natural gas to professional customers

• Offer WekiWeb (electrical power less than or equal to 36kVA and a gas CAR less than or equal to 30 MWh): choice of package, frequency of payments (every 1,2,3 or 4 months), package and digital discounts, possibility of choosing a fixed price for 1 year.
  Possibility for the professional customer to choose an offer called “cyclical billing”. In this case, the customer renounces the package offer (and therefore the package discount) and payment frequency. This offer allows you to receive more regular billing (every month if the customer has a Linky, every two months for a traditional meter). In fact, in the case of the WekiWeb offer, the only billing sent is a settlement invoice and is therefore semi-annual (approximately, upon receipt of real indexes).
  
• The offers WekiPro : fully customizable offers (on quotation), without consumption commitments, possibility of choosing a fixed price for up to 3 years depending on the customer's profile

An option”Green energy” is proposed in electricity contracts therefore including 100% renewable electricity guaranteed of origin:

• The offer WekiPro electricity includes green energy and the Adopt a Tree option.
• The offer WekiPro natural gas includes the Adopt a Tree option and the Social Plastic option.

However, they are all options with an additional cost in the case of the WekiWeb offer intended for small professionals.
